• To work independently on projects in HTML/XHTML (DIV), Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash+ActionScript.
• Creatively work on new website designs in accordance to Web 2.0 Standards.
• Should have the skills to design wonderful layouts and themes for websites artistically.

Educational Requirements

• Preferebly Diploma/Graduate from Fine Arts but that would be relaxed for really innovative self-learned creative candidates.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Flash is a must.
• Knowledge of XHTML, CSS with div based fluid design with semantic markup is a plus.

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Art & Sketch, Flash Design, Graphic Design (Computer Aided), Pre Press Design
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Advertising Agency, Design/Printing/Publishing

Additional Job Requirements

• W3C validation and cross browser compatibility.
• Experience of working in Web Development firm is a must.
• Good aesthetic sense.
• Animation design with flash and action-script.

Salary Range

• TK.15000 – 20000

Position: Jr./Mid-level PHP (LAMP preferred) Developer

Responsibilities:

• Web site development using PHP, MySQL
• CMS: Joomla, WordPress, Drupal and so on.
• Frameworks: Either of CodeIgniter, CakePHP, Symfony, Kohana, Zend Framework or Yii.
• Carry on required Research & Development

Programming Skill

• Must have in-depth knowledge in web programming with PHP, MySql
• Having clear concept in using CSS, XHTML, XML, AJAX, HTML & JavaScript .
• Should have outstanding knowledge on database design and queries.
• Clear understanding of Design Patterns, MVC and experience of using OOP in PHP.
